On March 1, 2021, Ana + Andrew, Lynn + Jeremy, and Leanna + Mark embarked on the first eight weeks of a six-month health and fitness competition they now call The Body-ody-ody Challenge. 

The rules of Round 1 are simple:

  1. Each person records an initial weigh-in and body fat percentage calculation before submitting the $150 buy-in for the first round.
  2. Individuals compete in weekly mini-challenges for a chance to win $20.
  3. Couples with the highest combined body fat percentage lost by the end of eight weeks wins $580.
