And we’re not talking about the boogie man, either! Between fears of deep water, heights, kidnapping, and spiders, we can all probably think of something that can put us into a state of fight or flight, and they can even feel a bit irrational at times.

Many experts suggest that if you go back far enough, adult fears can stem from childhood experiences and trauma (or even past lives!), and so in this week's episode, Ana, Lynn, and Leanna go back to their biggest childhood fears and discuss their possible roots.

Ana then shares some research about how parents can help their children talk through fears with the hopes of squashing them at a younger age.
