This week, Dustin Hayes, the CEO and Founder of Red, White, and Badass Brews Coffee joins the show. Dustin joined the Navy, and after serving for over 13 years was medically retired. During his time in he did various jobs, all culminating in flying UAVs for special operations towards the end of his career. Later, Dustin started several companies, including a construction company that quickly turned into a multi-million-dollar venture. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dustin had to shift from construction and over to other opportunities, and then finally, he settled on coffee. Dustin likes to tell his story of struggle, as his highs and his lows serve a purpose: to help motivate others to weather the storm, stay the course, and realize what it truly takes to be successful.
