Avie Dallas enjoys journaling through scripture, a time she dedicates to the Lord in prayer. She and her husband had considered taking in a foster child many years prior, and one day during her journaling time she heard the Lord speak that a new baby was coming. That young child was Cloe, the last child from Haiti brought over to the United States needing a host family.
