When you are working your ass off, and things get worse and worse. You are entering a state of mind of panic and also experiencing physical and emotional pain. The feeling of loosing control over all most everything. Is so scary that the months or years before we go crazy to avoid that point… but it does not work. Because we try to fix it with the same tools as how we got into it. Your body becomes your enemy although it’s your friend… it’s only trying to give you signs or signals to change, to look for solutions in other directions.

What most people discover during their recovery of a BO is that they before “The Collapsing” they were UNCONSCIOUS about the way they were behaving, so much as an autopilot. This behavior makes us very very tired, we are spilling our energy in the wrong way, we are burning ourselves out…
