Andy is one of the most inspiring person I've met. My youngest mentee in Astroflipping, a high schooler who aces wholesaling real estate and who's been successfully closing deals, and now building a wholesale business at the age of 16. Growing up, he's already had his mind set on being an entrepreneur, seeing how his parents run their restaurant business and how cool it must be to be your own boss and work at your own terms. He started working as a cashier at the age of 8 from his parent's restaurant. It was his first experience at talking to people. In middle school, he did side hustles for extra cash by selling some of his own things and age 15 he even sold surplus pallets that were just taking up space in his father's business partner's company. Like most kids his age, Andy also liked playing video games but he soon realizes that they're such a waste of time and that he can make better use of whatever free time he has. He found Astroflipping through one of my funny ads. He dove right into the course but got distracted by a lot of things he was trying to do and he took a break. Andy was brought back by seeing Noah, a fellow Astroflipping student who's about the same age range as he is and realized that he needs to get himself back into Astroflipping and get really serious about it. He re-started the course, this time with much hunger for success, he focused on wholesaler outreach and is now selling deals to hedge funds. Imagine that, age 16 and he's selling to institutional buyers. If anyone is on the fence right now, if you want to be successful, be actionable. If you really want it, you'll find a way to come and get it.
