Day 10 of the 30-Day “Living an Authentic Life Challenge” discussed legacy. Not a lot of people think about their legacy, but I want you to consider that your legacy is something that you should pay more attention to and be mindful of because you are creating it every single day of your life.
What do you want to be said about you when it is all said and done?
What do you want to be known for that future generations will speak about?
You are creating your legacy right here, right now, today. Your past actions, your past beliefs, your past efforts are all a part of the legacy that you are creating. Future generations will take a look back on what you have done and make some determinations of whether it was a good legacy or a bad legacy. You can decide right now to start creating the legacy that you desire. There are four things that I've shared that I have found which help to create a legacy that's worth living. These four things will create a legacy that will be talked about for generations to come.
Your legacy is often demonstrated through:
1. Faith
2. Integrity
3. Prayer
4. God's help
Combining these 4 elements will help you leave a legacy that generations to come will be grateful for and appreciate your very existence. By taking the time now to be more mindful of your legacy, you can develop solid families, and give hope to those around you to become more spiritually centered so that they can live the life that they were meant to live. You can help people live out covenant promises that can elevate them to move beyond their very existence. Your legacy can change communities, enhance nations, and move the world.

If something came to mind, I want to encourage you to start rewriting history now. Start making the changes that you need now to move in a better direction so that the legacy that you leave will be one that lays a firmer foundation for everyone that comes after you. Your family is depending on you to live out a legacy that's worth looking back on. Create one that they can point to with pride.
Your legacy can reveal that you are a strong-willed person with unusual boldness that gets the job done. It does not matter what task is set before you. Your legacy can be that you finish what you start and that you do your absolute best to finish it quickly. This is a legacy that others can build on. What you have laid can be the firm foundation that supports and guides those around you.
Legacy is a God-sized event. God has insider knowledge about how to live a great life that leaves a lasting legacy.
