Sundays have long been a sacred day in the affiliate community, and there are still lots of gyms that never offer Sunday classes. We followed a similar path at CrossFit Palm Beach for the first 5 years we were in business, opting to offer Sunday open gym instead of Sunday classes. In many ways, taking Sundays off can be a much needed break for our coaches, our programming, and most importantly, ourselves. But once we begin to grow our teams and delegate some coaching hours, offering classes 7 days-week should be one of the first things we consider.
