Description

Pastor Mike continues this week with an exploration of Luke 2:39-52, delving into the fascinating account of Jesus as a 12-year-old boy in the temple. This passage offers a unique glimpse into Christ's early years and His growing awareness of His divine mission.

We're reminded that Jesus, though fully God, was also fully human - growing in wisdom, stature, and favour with both God and man. The story beautifully illustrates Jesus' deep connection with His Heavenly Father, even at a young age. His profound statement, 'Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?' reveals His understanding of His true identity and purpose.

The challenge today is to examine our own relationship with God. Are we, like Jesus, growing in wisdom and seeking to be about our Father's business? So we at GMC invite you to deepen your faith and recognize Jesus as both Son of God and Son of Man, and to align your life with God's divine plan for it.
