Irene feels regret for spanking her toddler and vows to never do that again. Today's topic is about compassion fatigue, what is it and how to cope? When does compassion fatigue turn into desensitization or total burnout? How much of this is an individuals problem or an organization/ managerial issue? Irene talks about a time she started to feel burnout with someone from her homeless community and how she handled that situation.
