I was reminded this week of a post from my facbook from over a year ago about the 10 things that I used to do when I lacked self care and I wanted to talk about it and shine a light on it again because it is such a vitally important subject, especially in the world we live in today.  

In this episode I give you my 10 signs that you lack self care, based on my own experiences and with examples of what I used to do.   

So if you struggle with self-confidence and self love, if you wonder how on earth you could even love love yourself and are hyper critical about yourself then you may do some or all of the things I talk about here.  

Self love affects the way we view ourselves, the decisions we make, the relationships we have and how we show ourselves to the world.  

The first step towards change is self awareness.
