In this weeks episode I wanted to give you a quick and easy guided meditation to help with calming you and allowing you to maybe more easily deal with the world and the stress and the sadness that we are loving with right now.  

This is one of my favourite meditations to use on myself but also to use with me girls, because it uses a butterfly it is easily accessible to children of all ages.   

Its called the butterfly body relaxation technique and I hope you love it.
