This week is a bit different, please dont listen to this episode while driving or doing anything where a meditation could be dangerous.
After talking about different meditation methods a few weeks ago I thought this week I would walk you through a guided meditation to help you see its pretty easy when you just have to follow instructions.
I wanted to start with a belief clearing meditation because this is a meditation that can be used for literally any belief that is no longer serving you.
When we have a belief that isn't in alignment with the life we want or something that we want to manifest, it holds us back.
This meditation is designed to help you clear away those limitations while freeing you up to manifest the life you really want, I hope you enjoy it.
