I used to think when other coaches/spiritual leaders etc said they had downloads that they were talking rubbish - they weren't - that was just my lack of belief, my limiting beliefs, coming through
Now I have them myself and last night as I was falling asleep I had the sudden urge to grab my phone and record, what I was recording I didn't know at the time, but I just spoke into my phone the words that poured out of me
It was only when I replayed it to myself this morning that I knew how amazing and how special it was.
Its a meditation channelled through my higher self directly to yours and I had nothing to do with it, all I did was trust I needed to let it out and record it, I am so glad I did
So this is a meditation to meet your higher self, to maybe know his or her name, the have them connect to you and give you some information for you and you only. The connection and the relationship to your higher self is so very special so use this to forge that relationship.
