Fearless 2021 Day 2 - woohoo today I want you to go deep on where your fears came from and whether they are actually yours or just a story that you were fed at a young age
I also give you a sneak peak into an exciting modality that you can learn to calm your entire nervous system (even though its not completely on point) - I even thought about taking it down and redoing it to make it perfect but then I remembered that this year and this challenge is all about fearing less and not needing everything to be perfect - how massive is that !!!!!!
And now for you Day 2 Fearless Homework: Write down your fears, go deep, journal on anything that comes up whether it makes sense or not and then let those fears go, they are probably not even yours, they are probably fears that have been given to you and you took them on as your own, we dont need to do that anymore. Build on your 20 seconds of fearlessness challenge, speak I am fearless over and over for 20 seconds then add on the affirmation that you flipped today as part of the live video, say it for a further 20 seconds and play it over and over until you get used to hearing your own voice stating your new empowered belief
