Day 3 is where we go deep on visualising and I give you the easiest, simplest way to calm your mind and feel it throughout your entire being  And.......  

Its something we all do every single day without even thinking about it ❤️  

When you share and visualise whatever it is that you really want that can become your reality if you truly believe 👌  

As an added extra over and above the video lesson write, "I am worthy of my desires. I trust that what I want is already on its way to me. I feel it in every cell of my being"  on a post-it note or piece of paper and put it somewhere you'll see it every single day.  

Add on to your 20 Seconds of Fearlessness Challenge with 20 seconds of you stating your visualisation as if it has already come true and the new better thought feeling that you manifested just from visualising what you wanted to feel instead of what you do feel.
