I was taught this as part of my reiki training and I love it ❤️  

In this quick and easy reiki rainbow technique I show you how to protect your energy as you move through your day.  

You can use this easy technique if you know you have to go somewhere that your energy will be drained, if you know that someone or something always affects your energy negatively or just because you feel you need it   

The colors of the rainbow carry healing and protective frequencies that are much needed during this time in the world  

In this practice we call upon the colours of:  

RED ORANGE YELLOW GREEN BLUE INDIGO VIOLET  

Use this as a daily practice to keep yourself protected, to keep your energy protected and to stop others draining you.  I hope you love this as much as I do x
