In this episode I talk about resentment and how to let go of it, specifically with two easy to use and implement clearing techniques that literally anyone can do.
Resentment causes pain, anger, frustration and is a result of you feeling that you have been treated wrongly or unfairly.
Resentment usually involves not feeling willing or able to accept someone or something that you didn't like that happened to you or in your life.
The problem with resentment is that holding a grudge doesn't make you feel any better about what transpired and it is actually hurting you.
And you may be holding a grudge even if you don't think that you are.
Feeling bitter, getting angry, feeling hurt and any unpleasant emotion towards the person or thing are all signs you could still be holding a grudge.
Often the most challenging aspect of getting hurt is letting go of the pain even after you think you have forgiven and so sometimes you may find that you're holding a grudge even if you're doing it unintentionally.
