This was an episode I recorded when I was in lock down last year. I wanted to share it because what I say and what I explain can be the catalyst to change anything in your life.
Segment intending is an amazing (and easy) tool that you can use if you have parts of your day that you know are going to make you feel anxious or just a little bit off
You can use it for certain things in your day, or you can use it for every part of every day.
It literally takes less than 5 minutes and can make the biggest difference.
This Law of Attraction technique uses intention setting, visualisation, and vibrational energy to manifest what you want to happen rather than using anxiety and stress and your imagination to let the day get away with you.
