We use affirmations to reinforce new beliefs that we want to create, new things that we want to feel or think about ourselves or our lives.
We use affirmations to help us override thoughts that we dont want to have anymore.
However affirmations take longer to work if:
a) we dont truly believe what we are saying
b) we dont have evidence of what we are saying in our life
So what can we do to try and override the belief that we don't have it yet to supercharge the affirmation process?
