The saying trust your gut is there for a reason, your body knows instinctively what to do and what not to. 

There is a constant battle between our head and what our gut tells us. 

There are times when we're faced with a decision and logically it seems okay but it just doesn't feel right. That feeling is your intuition and it's trying to tell you something BUT so many times we ignore it and end up wishing we hadn't. 

I have a foolproof method which anyone can use to help you gain more confidence in trusting your gut and trusting your body AND a little bonus exercise towards the end to show you how you can change your mind, which is just amazing and I LOVE it.
