In this episode I talk about self love and how important it is.
I don't think we realise how important it is to love ourselves until we reach a point when we are about to lose ourselves.
So we need to be intentional in how we build our self love muscle, just like we would a physical muscle, work on it until it is strong and toned and unmoveable.
Don't hate on yourself anymore, build self love instead.
