You will probably have heard countless times from numerous people that you have to feel your feelings to heal them.
To welcome them all in so that you can ride them out again.
That feeling them all, no matter how dark, can remove the resistance we have to them
But what happens if you are so intent on feeling the heavy feelings, the dark feelings that we miss the good ones?
I have noticed in myself and in others that in the midst of the sadness and anger, little glimpses of peace and happiness show up but we are so into feeling the heaviness that we dont let them in, that we actually block the light.
