So this is a mini episode of me releasing some of my frustration from my performance review. I talk about the situation and worked on motivating myself and maybe someone else who might be in the same situation.
If you are in a situation of not being appreciated know you are not alone. There are many people in this situation. Some stay because they feel unworthy. Know that we are all worthy and if you are stuck in a pit find a way to climb the F*** out!
