One of the biggest issues people (including myself) have is being consistent. I realized while looking back on things I was consistent on, that those things had a finish line. A book? Page count. An album? A concrete release date and/or a concept. Losing weight? An amount to gain or lose. Just like with this 90-day podcast challenge. The goal is to record and release a podcast 6 days a week Monday through Saturday for 90 days. If your plan of action does not have a goal with steps of completion it is pretty difficult to be consistent. This is why I think some find it difficult to stick with putting out content or posting on their youtube channel because the goal of monetization is a long road that if you don't have goals and rewards along the way, like celebrating milestones, you lose the want to continue.
