Much of this book is dedicated to the near fulfillment of Babylon's conquest of Judah and God's wrath upon all nations that rebel against God, Babylon included. But in the end, God's love is seen through the judgment! Zephaniah 3:14-20 gives us a picture of a restored Israel, but also a greater picture of a restored mankind due to the salvation of God.
