Through a combination of volunteer opportunities, social activities, workshops, free direct assistance, and referral services Community Partners in Caring support the well-being, safety, dignity, independence as well as the physical, emotional, and mental health of seniors (age 62+) and the mildly disabled throughout our county.
Jill Roberts currently serves in Santa Barbara as a recruiter of volunteers to meet the needs of Santa Barbara County seniors, especially those that have little to no family assistance. She has been a volunteer within many organizations throughout her life. Jill’s young parents never held her back, and always did everything to advocate for her education despite her mild Cerebral Palsy diagnosis at age two.
A true Lompocian, born and raised – Letty Santiago has 13 years of experience working with non-profit and government agencies as well as medical facilities. Using her background in outreach, customer service, and administration, she oversees and coordinates services for Seniors by recruiting, interviewing and training volunteers. She networks with the community and collaborates with different groups and organizations to try and strengthen CPC to its full potential.
