In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I focus on why gratitude is a powerful tool in creating happiness.  Happiness should always be your end goal and your behaviours and actions should illustrate this to anyone looking on. However this is increasingly rare in the fast paced, stress induced, hamster wheel and keeping up with the the Jones´Society we now live in.  Most rarely take time to stop and think about the direction they are going and the power of gratitude has been lost. Do you realise the amount of things you have to be grateful for? It´s quite startling really if you just took time to think about it.   Society conditions you to keep aiming for a bar that supposedly will bring you true happiness but it´s just a myth and the reality is that you already have so much happiness you can unlock if you just used the power of gratitude.  Take the time to listen to this podcast and take in what I am saying and implement what I urge you to do.
