For this episode I sat down with Philippa Kelly

Phili was our Hypno Birthing teacher and our doula for Rafi’s birth. I was excited to chat with her because she is as well as her work with women, she hugely passionate about enrolling and supporting new dads during their transition into parenthood.



She has got to look behind the curtain and witness a lot of new families be born and has a beautiful insight into some common challenges that crop up and also shares some empowering ways to navigate what can be difficult waters.
