Mental health and wellbeing have never been as hot a topic as they have over the past 12 months, which is one of the good things to come out of 2020.
We absolutely must look after ourselves, to prevent burnout and poor mental health. We must also of course support those in our business.
If we get mental well-being right, then our performances will be better. The performances of our people will be better.
So in this webinar, we hear from Olympian Jack Green as he gives us tangible advice on wellbeing and performance.
Jack Green, Founder, Olywel

Outside of his well-being consultancy, Jack coaches professionally in track and field and is a notable name on the keynote speaking circuit.
