After the year we have all just had, the benefits package as we know it, is broken!



The workforce wants different things which means companies will need to be creative with their benefits to entice new talent and to hold onto their existing superstars



With my guests, we will tear up the existing benefits package and rewrite it so it s more in line with the expectations of the workforce.

Olya is a People Manager at Switchee, she is a people-focused professional, educated in Counselling Psychology and Transformational Coaching, who's a unique approach to employee engagement and culture has brought tangible results in small to medium-sized tech startups. Olya's passion lies with employee experience and her work revolves around ensuring that not one person's interests are ever left behind.



Marie Krebs, People Operations Manager, Learnerbly



Marie cares about building and fostering engaging, enabling and inclusive workplace cultures. She works at Learnerbly, a workplace Learning platform, where she handles Talent & People Operations. She won the HRZone Culture Pioneer award for her inclusive work, informed by people and led by shared values. Marie co-founded People Stories, which is a London-based community of progressive, driven and engaged People professionals who meet up to learn and share.
