The two problem neighbors, the woman with the shopping carts on the first floor, and the aggresive nasty young man on the second floor, tried to distract and interupt the podcast by literally yelling outside Mr.G's apartment.
I think CPS took away some of the lady's infants, so she wasn't able to shake them like marracas in order to make as much noise as possible.
Some of the other, more normal, neighbors yelled at them to shut up too. Mr.G was speaking at a low level inside his own apartment with the doors and windows closed. They are standing outside making noise where EVERYONE can here them, not just me.
These are all one bedroom apartments. The problems with the plumbing, the dumbster over flowing, lots of noise and cars, come from the apartments that have 4, 5 or 6 people living there. The cans they collect attract bugs. The shopping carts they use are stolen from Costco. The chickens they raise taste like sewer rat and their eggs look like they came from the Toxic Avenger.
