They chat about how from the start, supporting charities has always been a massive part of Silver Lining's business, and how the relationship with Naomi House & Jacksplace was spurred on by a team vote from all the staff. They also discuss the Christmas Grotto's Silver Lining hold and more recently the donation drive they held for unwanted Christmas presents in 2020, as well as their plans for 2021.
