In the spirit of Valentine's Day, we sit down with Tim Shin to explore the topic of dating with a disability. From stumbling through the bar scene in college (pre-COVID-19!), to navigating the instant gratification and ableist culture surrounding most dating apps, we talk about the good and bad experiences that make up Tim's dating career. He discusses the way that his Cerebral Palsy has impacted his online matches, and the process of "coming out" as disabled on dating apps. Finally, we discuss the topics of touch, comfortability, and the importance of honest/open communication in any relationship.
