Mark Schreiber, the Park Superintendent for the City of LaPorte, came to the studio for SOUND OFF. Mark is a graduate of Ball State University. He's been with the Parks Department since May 2012, where he started as the Director of Recreation. He's been the Park Superintendent since June 2014.
