Welcome to the big 4-0! On this week of Domestic Pints ONLY, we chat about the legendary Canadian domestic beer company: SLEEMAN! We are Alex-less this week, but happy to be joined again by our buddy Tom (the OTHER Tom). We first chat about this history of Sleeman, from it's 19th century roots and its revival in the 1980s, to its eventual purchase by Sapporo in the 21st century. The beers we feature today are all available in their seasonal mix pack, in order of appearance: ORIGINAL DRAUGHT, CREAM ALE, and HONEY BROWN LAGER. It was fun to discuss and drink these solid beers, and we are looking forward to sampling more Sleeman in the future. Stay tuned for next week where we will drink and discuss Phillips Brewing and Malting Co.
