Description

In the thirteenth edition of the bonus 'COLD SHOTS' series, John discusses a NEIPA with kviek hops (NOTE: NOT pronounced "kiv-ee-ek", but rather like "quike", my bad) called 'Wolverine'. This is produced by Hôtel Roquemont: a popular chalet/pub/restaurant/microbrasserie in St-Raymond (northwest of Quebec City). John talks about how he discovered this beer, some details on the town of St.Raymond and the trail this beer is named after, before drinking and reviewing the beer.
