Yalda Ahmadvand Inspirational Story Where she will be sharing about overcoming her Country's War 🇮🇷 as she tried to find her voice as a woman, and breaking free was a must, as reaching her dreams and becoming a powerful woman was her priority! However, upon immigrating to Canada, her world shattered with the loss of her mother!Despite all her struggles and losses, she managed to reach success by becoming the Owner and Founder of DEA College. Yalda is the board of TESL Canada, Professional Development Director and member of Chamber of Commerce, she also holds a Master’s of Linguistics and TESOL from the University of Leicester, England. She is TESL Canada certified, Standard Three, she is also on the board of TESL Canada, Professional Development Chair. She was on the BCTEAL’s board of directors (THE ASSOCIATION OF B.C. TEACHERS OF ENGLISH AS AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE) for 2 years and currently, she is one of the BCTEAL Charitable Foundation’s Directors, and the Founder and the Director of DEA Education Center.
