How many times will you forgive those who have wronged you? Have you forgiven yourself? Do you still have that heavy burden inside your heart? Friend, anything negative and toxic might choke your spiritual life and unforgiveness is spiritual chocking.
God wants you to forgive, spit out what’s choking you inside. This is not because the other person deserves it but especially for you. As Corrie Ten Boom said “To forgive is to set a prisoner free and that prisoner is you.”
