In 2015, Psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthews from the Dominican University of California conducted a study that provides empirical evidence for the effectiveness of goal setting, proving you become a whopping 42% more likely to achieve your goals and dreams when you write them down on a regular basis.



Importantly, Dr. Matthews study concentrated on creating an actual strategy for achieving the goals, which raised the chances of success to a staggering 76%.



Importantly, Dr. Matthews study on goals revealed that subjects who achieved the best results followed a specific model. In this series of Unity-V we're going to reveal that
