We are joined this week by gorgeous guest and lovely, great human Sophie Galpin! Sophie is a super talented multi-instrumentalist who currently performs with two of our favourite acts SOAK and Self Esteem all over the world! Aside from that she is also involved in all manner of exciting projects from theatre productions to creating solo tracks.
Sophie joined us for a great chat about all the bits she's been up to and gave us some insights into the life of a touring musician. We talked balancing your mental health and fun party times, the transition from being in a band to becoming a session musician and we looked back at Sophie's highlights from 2019 and her hopes for 2020.
We also talked about the gateway wine, pinot grigio aka marijuwine-a, the weirdest fry up anyone has ever encountered and the patriarchy, duh.
