This week Zeenat was joined by her special friends, together they are the 'Abbateers' guests Sarah Marsh-Colling of babelmonkey Digital & Marketing, Chandra Sharma of Elmcroft Business Services, and Darren Wealr of In TunePR.
On the show they discussed the challenges and successes of being a business owner and how they have overcome some of these difficult times and situations. But also talking about the successes.
They also had a good dive into the Pros and Cons of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and how this may impact people's mental wellbeing in some circumstances.
As always when the Abbateers get together, there is lots of laughter, jokes, and giggles along the way...
Zeenat shares her inspiring Affirmation of the week: Find a moment today, a quiet space for just a moment. A time for you. Believe in yourself! Consider this affirmation & how you might apply this to yourself.
💖 I don't need anyone else to make me feel good about myself. My happiness is not dependent upon the approval of others 💖
