On the Turks and Caicos trip I really learned so much about being alone and listening to my red flags during this trip. It was an expensive lesson but one I needed. I used to feel shame for my emotions and getting frustrated now I listen because something is absolutely wrong when I act in a way which isn't my loving happy self. 

I always react to Narcissism when I am in a Bi Polar state. Narcissists are unable to have compassion for anyone and usually will react accordingly. Don't expect all people to understand and be aware of people without compassion. This is how I talk to myself presently. I watch the actions of people and if they don't ask questions (Any questions about you and only give there opinion then they are narcissistic/codependent looking for constant validation. Learning how to discern is a skill and has to be made into a habit.
