In today's episode Gabe and Sam both break down their "Murph" workout. Murph is a hero workout, that is a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats and finished with a 1-mile run.
We also break down the importance of surrounding yourself with your "tribe" and what that brings and entails. We touched on how being with yourself and your own thoughts is powerful as well.
