Crime is out of control in democrat-run cities. But the Mayors and police chief's are on to Trump, and they know that his crack down on crime is not really that at all; he's just a racist and he wants to incarcerate black and brown people. The way he'll do this is by allowing the police to arrest and charge people with the assaults they commit. ...Brilliant.
