Within this podcast episode we discuss the stigma and employment dilemmas of current and formerly incarcerated individuals. We first spoke on how the major stigmas of these individuals came to be including why they are looked at in such a negative way by outsiders. Then we go into the employment aspect of the conversation starting with how employment for the formerly incarcerated is now, the challenges and processes for finding employment. Finally, we have a conversation on how to remove the stigma and improve employment for the previously incarcerated.
