One of the foundation pieces to being a well rounded leader or even human is to show empathy.
I have been on the empathy train for about a year now.
I am no expert but this is my take on empathy in the workplace.
It is important to understand the people around you, it will enable you to connect and grow with them as a team.
We spend so much time around these people we should take the time to understand them.
