It has been years since I really got to coach and train. It is something that I always enjoyed about my job at Best Buy.
Today and through this week I am able to train my replacement at Chipotle. So far it has been great and I feel it is a way for the Universe to let me know hey this is part of your why.
Being able to help level up someone and give them the tools to succeed brings me much energy.
