I deeply love the Psalms because they help capture how we are truly feeling and give us a language to communicate with God when our words fail us.
David reminded himself and his friends in this specific Psalm that The Lord hasn’t gone anywhere which means he is not moving or running either.
You don’t need to take the advice of fear because GOD SEES YOUR SITUATION!!!
He doesn’t “Flee to the Mountains” but rather “He flees to God”.
