Welcome back to episode 14 of the Cup of Courage podcast. Happy 4th of July! Happy Birthday to America. I hope your weekend is filled with sunshine, pools, tank tops, lakes, good food and great company. This episode is a little different than what you normally hear here. This week, I encourage you to spend some time moving your body while listening to some motivation. This movement can be anything from walking and running to yoga and hiking. Whatever you choose to do, make sure to get 30 minutes of movement.
With the long weekend, some people have off Monday and I thought this would be a great week to post this episode. Think of me as your exercise buddy this week. I went on a three mile run and recorded myself talking to you the entire run. Pardon the times I am out of breath. We are in this together & you can totally do it.
